PAK to Make Changes for 2nd ODI

Babar Azam’s Pakistan will make changes for the second ODI against New Zealand in Karachi on Tuesday.

The tourists won the opening match of the three-match series by six wickets on Friday.

Mohammad Rizwan is set to return to the team after missing the first game due to illness. Asif Ali and Mohammad Nawaz are also in contention to be included in the starting line-up.

Pakistan’s captain Babar Azam said that the team will be looking to make a better start with the bat and be more clinical in the field.

"We were not up to the mark in the first ODI. We did not bat well and our fielding was also not good. We will be looking to improve in all aspects of the game for the second ODI," Azam said.

New Zealand captain Kane Williamson said that his team will be looking to build on their performance in the first ODI.

"We played really well in the first match. We batted, bowled and fielded well. We will be looking to continue our good form in the second ODI," Williamson said.

The second ODI between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played at the National Stadium in Karachi on Tuesday. The match will start at 2pm PST.
