A delicious new initiative in Himachal Pradesh aims to increase tourism by making samosas bigger.

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur has ordered officials to ensure that all samosas sold in the state are at least 4 inches in length and weigh 150 grams.

The move comes after a study found that tourists were disappointed by the size of samosas available in Himachal Pradesh.
